Lower back pain
Please refer to the attached file.Please inform me whether traction is recommended in this case or not.As I have to travel a lot daily,it will be harder for me to continue traction on regular basis.

No traction isn't recommended. Visit a Spine Physiotherapist (Mckenzie). You need detailed assessment of your problem. Correct exercise and posture correction would give complete pain relief :)
