Lower back pain
Sir i have got lower back pain along my hip when sitting for a while because of this i can not studymore than 2 or 3 hours.so that i consult a neuro surgen who sugested me to do MRI test i have done this test but no problems found related to neuro problem but they told me that there is a symptoms of Ankylosing spondylitis so please tell me the cure

Hi there
Physiotherapy can help u in treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Physio will prepare Ann exercise protocol to increase your muscle strength and help in maintain mobility of your spine and other joints. It's important to exercise your back and neck to avoid them stiffening in a bent position.
