Lower back pain stretches till toes
Been having left leg pain for about 6 years it comes and goes bt extremely aggressive did consult a doctor way back and said its nothing . Bt recently for about 6 months it has stressed to my lower back region plus thighs alot. I have had nerve relaxers But isn't affecting well and Volini ice packs Nothing is helping.

I think u have radiculopathy. So consult the physiotherapist near by and start some strengthening exercises also under the guidance of Physiotherapist.

Hello.., Since ur problem is from long time.., very likely chances that ur spine , core abdominal muscles r very weak..

Its  seems  to  be  your spinal  problem.. due  to  which  the  sciatic  nerve  may  got  compress leads  to sciatica... take  a mri n consult  with  neurologist.. also  use  L.S belt for  reducing  pain , bed  rest  for  some  days.. n consult  with  physio..
