Lower back pain
Suffering from low back pain . As part of my profession, after doing hammering pain started. After resting for 8 hrs per day I'm suffering from pain . While walking and sitting straightly ,i feel the pain. I'm suffering from it from 1 month

Dear Sir your pain seems to be getting into chronic catagory, as you have mentioned that it is there from one month. Usually such pains should be evaluated, to rule bad caused, so you should get in touch with the doctor near you and get evaluated.
