Low backache shows this pattern very commonly. Do try the following: *Apply hot water bag (10 minutes twice a day) *After applying hot water bag apply Nobel Gel *Do 40 counts of Bhujangasana (don't try any other back exercise or yoga!) *Avoid sitting on a chair for more than 15 minutes at a stretch. After 15 minutes, get up for 1 minute and then sit again. This is very very important! *While sitting on a chair/stool, sit at the front of the surface on the edge. Don't sit back to try and get back support. This way you will automatically sit straight. *Avoid bending forward with your knees straight. Bend your knees and then bend forward. This will help reduce the load on your back. *Avoid sitting on soft sofas. *Avoid regards riding bike/car as much as possible.
Next Steps
Try the above steps and if the stiffness continues, do the following tests: *Serum Uric Acid *Serum HLA B-27 *Serum RA factor Let me know if you have pain relief after 1 week.
