Lower back pain with burning urine
From past 4 days I have fatigue,flank pain,loss of appetite,metallic taste in mouth,short of breath,burning dene while urinating.what can be the reasons for it and from 6 months I have observed my feets burning sensation.is anything to be concerned for and what should be done next.
