Lower back problem or May b in spine
I once was lifting a jammed shutter of my shop and then I heard a sound n also felt something wrong with my lower back where spine meets. After that I sometimes feel difficult for me in lifting heavy weight items. When the pain occurs it is there for atleast 2-3days.
