Lower backache
Hello, my husband is suffering from lower back pain since yesterday.. only lower back ache, radiating to sides of back.. increases on sitting, walking.. decrease on lying down..

Could either be because of muscle spasm or a disc problem. Take some pain killers for now and try not to strain the back too much. Try not to sit in wrong postures or for very long times. Use a back support like a cushion or pillow while sitting down. If it worsens, you’ll need to consult a doctor and get an X-ray or CT or MRI done...
