Lower backpain pregnant
Hi there!! Am 11 week pregnant.. i took my scan on 8 week,it shows my baby is good.. now am experiencing white cloudy watery discharge sometimes. And after walking or going out to some place experiencing more low back pain. Is this something serious or normal at pregnancy???

Backache and watery discharge is common in pregnancy, and not a cause for worry. But I'd still suggest you to see a gynaecologist. In case you have vaginal infection, it needs to be treated. Backache occurs due to relaxing of ligaments during pregnancy. Maintain correct posture, sleep on a hard mattress. You can massage your back or apply creams for pain

Dear Practo user,
It is better to consult Obstetrician for white cloudy discharge. Mild low backache can occur during pregnancy. Pay attention to your posture. Consult Orthopedician if back ache is of recent onset and is severe in intensity.
