  4. Lower Basophils and higher RBC. About?

Lower Basophils and higher RBC
Hi, I have got my CBC check done today and found that Basophils are zero! And RBC is 5.57 slightly higher than required (5.5) and higher PCV at 50.6 as against limit of 50. Is this something to be concerned about? Please guide me
