Symptoms come and go. 27 yr old male. lower left abdominal heavy feeling (like a rock). loose stools (watery-no discoloration). slight pain/bruise like feeling when pushing on the lower left abdominal area with hand/fingertips

Could be infective diarrhoea..or collitis. These symptoms are from how many days... U will require a course of antibiotics.
