Lower portion backbone pain
I hv deep lower portion back bone pain since 4 days... when i bent the pain was start but when i straight i don't felt any pain.. please explain the reason

Follow these 5 things first thing to reduce the weight second thing not used to stoop forward third thing not to lift the weight like lifting the bucket in the bathroom then using the English type of the toilet and taking a bath in in a shower besides this you can take some painkiller even if the problem is installed then you can take consultation with me

Hello sir. Your pain seems to be due acute muscle spasm of lower back muscles. It may have occurred due to sudden jerk while working or bending.
