Hello Please consult a general surgeon in person for your complaints. It could be acute appendicitis from the location of the pain that you are mentioning, though it can be quite severe in that case, accompanied by low grade fever or vomitting. It can be other conditions too. The list is long and has to be evaluated by a general surgeon and a gynaecologist! Please feel free to consult me directly for further guidance, after an acute condition has been ruled out by a general surgeon.
