  4. Lower right back pain. Are attached.

Lower right back pain
From last three days my right lower back is paining.. mild shooting pain. Why it is happening.. i have fibroid in uters  and cyst in overy.. please tell me why this is happening. Two months back I had complete body check up reports are attached...

Your fibroids are very small and ovaries are polycystic. Unless you have menstrual problems, none of these need treatment. Your back pain is unrelated to these. It's most likely to be muscle spasm. Hot fomentation will help. If you still don't feel better, see an orthopaedic surgeon for evaluation
