Lower spine issues.
Sharp pain in lower back goes down back of both legs to feet toes go numb. Bottom of foot feels like heat is under it. Urine /bowel changes.. Sometimes sudden n can't hold it. Can't bend. Can't lift legs. Sometimes when getting up from my chair I feel stuck it hurts more when I sneeze cough pass gas or I'm reaching for something if I move the wrong way there's a sharp jabbing pain and it's hard for me to walk. And my L3 L4 L5 Is curving inwards

please visit an orthopedician. you will need spine straightening treatment or surgery depending on your MRi L.S spine.
