Lower stomach pain miscarriage
Hello Doctor
My wife had last period on 21May. Pregnancy test was positive. Day before yesterday she had heavy pain and bleeding. Today we did USG scan and there is no pregnancy. From last 2-3 days she is having pain in lower stomach and blood during urine. Is it due to period or due to miscarriage. What medicine can be taken to relieve pain.

If pregnancy test was positive, you need to do a blood beta hcg to rule out early ectopic pregnancy or early intrauterine pregnancy.

Hi. It may be delayed periods . She can take Tab Cyclopam after food for pain .blood in urine may be due to infection . Ask her to drink more water.
