Lower tibial pains.
I've been experiencing strong pains in the distal two-thirds of the posterior medial aspect of my lower legs. I am a professional basketball player and my job requires me to obviously run and jump a lot. I am not sure if I have medial tibial stress syndrome or have already developed a tibial stress fracture. Please help.
