I have lichen simplex chronicus in the scrotal area, how to treat it, I got it after scratching from. Scabies, now it has resulted in thickened skin how to treat it

Lichen simplex can be treated. Please stop suing soap over the affected areas. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment. Scabies and lichen simplex is different and has to be differentiated.
