Dr prescribe me a lubricant eye drop 6 times in a day.How many hours gap should I maintain after applying a drop for the next time.

Hi, dose of lubricant eye drops is usually prescribed after assessing your dry eyes status, or after routine eye check.
What kind of work you do, that too will help in assessing lubricant requirement, do you use laptop, mobile for more than 4 to 5 hrs a day.

Lubricant eye drops 6 times a day would mean around once in two hours.
But do it only in the daytime and when you are awake. You don't have to wake up in the night to put the drops. Sometimes your doctor will advice lubricant eye ointment to use before sleeping, so that your eyes don't dry up when you sleep for the night
