I am having a lumbar disc bulge.. Does it cure completly... The problem i need to sit in class continuesly for 2 hrs.. Then pain start what to do

Hello, the buldge cant be cured own its own .you need to visit a physiotherapist get it assesed and have a tailor made exercises for you back to strengthen the weak muscles.therapist may give certain modalities to reduce pain . You may wear a lumbar belt to support your back which will reduce pain by giving support to your back . Take care
