Lumbar lordsis lost ,grade I anterolist
I am having a lumbar lordsis lost and grade I anterolisthesis.. is it a serious concern ..?? Is it reversible and fix with phisotherpy. Presently I m having stuff back , back pain and difficult for walking.

Yes serious concern. Loss of lumbar lordosis indicates spasm and listhesis reference to anterior or posterior displacement of vertebral body as compared to the one below... You might be having a Acute PIVD secendory to listhesis.
Next Steps
Condition need evaluation with MRI. Try: Absolute bed rest. Hot water compression. Medications like Myoril, Enzomac, Neurokind LC will help.
Health Tips
Do not do spine extension exercises, it may exaggerate the listhesis part. Spasm will relieve by 1-2 weeks , if you take complete bed rest.

Greetings,   sorry about the concern.
Next Steps
You will get relief from physiotherapy.  you do not need to be worried, just get to see physiotherapist with knowledge in trigger points and posture correction.  you need to continue physio for atleast 4 months to get to see changes.
