You need Physiotherapy for pain relief.. Its a conservative treatment without any side effects and very helpful.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +traction (may require) +some strengthening exercises will be helpful for sure.
