Lumber spondylosis
I have lumbar spondylosis. At first doctor prescribe me Renser NT tab... After taking that i feel very bad headache. After that doctor change that and give pentanerv NT... After taking 2 days i feel again a bad kind of headache all over the day,and also pain in my eye. Is these kind of nerve medicine is necessary or can i stop to take them? Plz doctor i need help.

Postural issues at your age are very common, ergonomical postural correction with physiotherapy like IFT, US therapy will help.

The mentioned medicines include nor tryptiline, which might cause heavy headedness, excess sleeping etc.

At such young age, spondylosis is generally not seen. Low backache may be due to some postural problems. You can avoid those medicines. Good Physiotherapy can help you. Consult a good spine surgeon
