Lump around the anus, sitting discomfort
As seen in the attached pic, while squatting a lump around the anus seems to come a bit down and goes back in immediately. Is it normal? I feel discomfort during sitting on chairs with cushion, have a desk job. No pain, no blood, no itching, just irriation and discomfort while sitting. Kindly provide solution.

This is beginning of hemorrhoids. Take plenty of water, high fiber diet, stool softeners and exercise. Avoid straining at stools and avoid spending extra time in toilet.
