Lump in Chin since 10 months
I am having a lump in chin since last 8 months. At beginning it was painless. But now it is painful and sometimes I feel numbness in right side of face when I feel pain in lump. I consulted almost neurologist, medicine specialist and had few tests too. I have shared the latest test reports which conveys " Enlargement of Limp Node ". Also it gets worsen while I smoke. Please suggest me whom to consult as my pain is increasing day by day . Kindly help out

If it's at base of mandible then it might be sialolithiasis IE a stone in the mandibular duct. It may cause difficulty in swallowing and may cause pain if you eat sour such as lemon
