There is a lump in front of year. It is there from the last one year. I even got it operated last year. But it is again there.

Get an FNAC from the swelling..USG parotid region and neck..it looks like parotid gland swelling, most probable diagnosis pleomorphic adenoma.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
