Lump in groin
I have a very tender pain in the groin beside the anus, it's horrible to sit.. from 3 days.. no pus or swelling outside.. can palpate it inside.. like a lump..

It's a informing abcess Or fistula Kindly visit soon as possible to surgeon

Sounds mostly likely an abscess if it's slightly away from the anus .. any fever.? You must meet a surgeon and then get the pus  drained immediately.. High chances of fistula formation also

It could be a thrombosed external hemorrhoid. You will need to be examined. A minor procedure may alleviate your pain.
