I have a lump in cheek area in mouth below a milk tooth. I am a smoker and also chew tobacco. The lump is hard, painful only on touch, mild pain when pressed too hard. Cannot differentiate the lump visually. It is only felt be fingers. No color difference. Same as what gums looks like. I went to dentist, he said that its non cancerous dental abscess and will go once milktooth is removed. But even after 2 weeks of extraction the lump still exist. I first time felt the lump 6 months ago. I dont find any growth, no bleeding , no pain its just there and making me feel the i am having mouth cancer. Any suggestions?
