Lump in the back of neck since birth.

Asked for Female, 17 Years

Apparently I've had a lump on my neck since I was Born and as a kid I messed with it and showed my friends and thought it was cool. I'm a senior in high school now and I'm toughing it and thinking about it again like why have I always had this thing Here and I just want to know if someone could explain it to mom never knew what it was. I know its not cancerous or a tumor because I rarely get sick. Its a pearl sized squishy lump to the right of my spine, under my hairline. Do you think you know what it is?
