I have a lump inside my right cheeck. It is painless. I have a history of chewing tobacco, but it has been 2 months that I have stopped chewing. This lump has developed 2-3days back. Please advice whom should I visit? Is it related to oral cancer?

The lump inside your cheeks may be due to many reason....
Your history of tobacco chewing seems it will be a precancerous lesion(leukoplakia)

****sialadenitis(inflammation of salivary gland mostly due to infection )
