Lump near breast
I am having a small lump near my brest area. It is there for nearly 3 years. I also get black pores growing in them. But those pores will get removed if I manually remove it with my nails. For the past two weeks I am getting pain if I press that and also the size is increased now compared to before.

The lump may be of fibrous tissues and is hurting because it's exerting pressure on other tissues due to increasing size.
