Lump of food stuck at my esophagus
Today after 2 hrs of my lunch, i feeling lump of food stuck at my esophagus and back of chest is paining and feeling like to pass stool. From past few days I am feeling the pain in back of chest pain and upper stomach bloating.

I can understand your concern.
Food isn't stuck . .just quit thinking about that.
If you are able to drink water properly, then there is no problem.
Consult a general surgeon in person for further evaluation and management.
He will be able to help you further.
