Lump on Back of Head
I have a bump behind my ear. It feels like a bulge in the bone with a smaller, round, moveable lump on top of that. It's on the base of my skull, right behind my right ear. I've also had sinus congestion for 8 weeks, and a sore throat off and on during that time. My tonsils on my right side feel inflamed. My right ear also has a bit of fluid in it. I've also experienced muscle soreness in my neck.

You seem to be suffering from acute cervical lymphadenitis which can feel like a swelling behind the ear. Lymphadenitis occurs secondary to any infection, in your case it may be throat infection. You may need to take antibiotics and painkillers along with antiseptic mouth gargle for few days for faster recovery
Next Steps
Consult nearby ENT specialist for confirmation of diagnosis and appropriate treatment if required
