I have a small lump on my neck I already had tuberculosis What is the best way to confirm Is it tuberculosis lump or normal lump or bacterial lump? FNAC OR surgery or ultrasound?

USG guided FNAC for genexpert. If its small or not accessible, then will go for surgical excision biopsy

How long before you had tuberculosis?were you having pulmonary tuberculosis or extra pulmonary tuberculosis. Took treatment based on symptoms or diagnosed ?Is your symptoms still persists after treatment or resolved or reoccurred? Need a thorough history and examination.
Next Steps
Ultrasound to done followed by FNAC or Biopsy decided by your surgeon after ultrasound and AFB CBNAAT and MGIT to be done
