Lump on neck

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I've noticed for the last week, I have a lump on the back of my neck, right around the hairline. I've also had a headache continuously for the last week, though headaches are pretty common for me. But ibuprofen usually helps but it's not helping now. I've also had moments of feeling what I can only describe as a warm sensation on the right side of my head. I'm not sure if this is something I should be considered about.
