I am 25 yrs old i have lumps in both the breast and sometimes it pains a lot.. did mamography few months back but doctor told may be due to haemone changes pain is there

Are you over weight.If yes reduce your weight and breast exercise.Excessive accumulation of fat also causes pain ,try vitamin E.
