step number 2: dont panic. visit a dentist. small lump inside lower lip could also occur if you may have bitten it. if required, a pathology report may be necessary. keep calm until a better diagnosis is available.
step 3: follow up regularly with your dentist every 6 months for a general check up
Hi.. lumps may be just salivary gland pathology but chewing tobacco may lead to oral cancer..my opinion would be to stop the habit immediately and consult a oral surgeon for same..
