  4. Lumps in scrotum. Nothing to worry?

Lumps in scrotum
Sir, I've identified two lumps attached to the surface of my scrotum but not attached to the testicles. They are a painful and itchy but not that much. Please suggest if I need to visit a doctor personally or there's nothing to worry?

They might be  sebaceous cysts.Contact a  Surgeon nearby.
