Lumps in semen
I used to masturbate a lot before but i wanted to stop it all. Rather than stopping it instantly, I increased the intervals to 5,7 and 10 days. Now, whenever I masturbate I find jelly like lumps in my semen which are hard to come out. I have to urinate a lot too. But when I masturbate in a small time, it is perfectly normal. Please suggest how to solve this problem and leave this.

Due to excessive masturbation sometimes happene like that. Don't worry it can be managed through exercise and medications.

Do Yoga and meditation.
Drink plenty of water.
Stop masturbating regularly.
Avoid smoking and drinking habits if you have them.
Take adequate sleep.
Take Ashwagandha powder with warm milk twice a day.
