Lumps on Thigh,sides of hip region&wrist

Question

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I could see small slightly movable lumps on my wrist, also on the sides on my hip region and on the right and left outer sides of my thigh. These are not painful though but it's disturbing when i touch them and I feel the bulging skin scares me. Please suggest can this be removed with the help of medications only without any surgery or something?
