Lung Filling with air question
Hi I was was wondering if the following is normal; if someone places their hands above their head with both hands together, while moving their arms side to side( kind of stretching) should you be hearing air fill their lungs very loudly while they are not breathing?

Ideally you should not be able to hear your breathing unless you are forcefully breathing in or breathing out.
