Lymph swelling
I'm joyce ,I have right subclavian lymph node swelling,its ender,moving,soft and little painful on touch , Some discomfort also noticed,problems occurred since 3 weeks,sometime i get night temperature and sweating,no respiratory infection till now ...please help me through out this

Don't want to scare you, but your symptoms are highly suggestive of Lymphoma.
Next Steps
It requires urgent work up, in the form of biopsy and CT scan.
Health Tips
If you are lucky, it could be tuberculosis too. That can only be answered after investigations. Lymphoma is also treatable, and my area of expertise.
