M2 tone during early pregnancy
I had tested after two weeks post ovulation. My results were negative. Yet my periods have not yet started and has been delayed by a week now.. So I Started taking M2 tone to regularise. Should I test again. If yes, then when? And is it safe to take M2 tone in case there is pregnancy? The test that I Had showed one control line and two horizontal lines. Please advise.

Yes test again or else do a beta hcg blood test to confirm pregnancy.
If negative then find out the cause if irregularity in your periods instead of hvng m2tone just like that.
