I was diagnosed with macular amyloidosis several years ago. I have a small patch on my right back shoulder. It does itch sometimes and it hasn't spread. What causes this? I am a middle-aged man. Should I be concerned about this. Doctors only tell me to apply topical steroids to control itching which I don't have. Is it serious or i should be worried
