Major ear wax clearance
Deep inside ear wax blocking the ear to hear properly, suffering pain as well. Do not want the doctor to use needle or suction process, is there any other method so that i shouldn't feel the pain.

The standard of care for ear wax removal is suction cleaning under a microscope. Some doctors still do syringing also.
