Mal union of meta carpal fracture
I met with a boxer's fracture resulting in meta carpal fracture on ring finger and little finger my right hand. after putting cast malunion is taking place resulting in dorsal angulation. Will it affect my functioning of hand and fingers. Is surgery is a necessity.

Malunions are treated if they affect our daily activities and trouble our daily routine life..if it's creating a severe problem then you have to get a solution...
