I am 27 years old I weigh around 88 kg( 183 cm) my chest is more in size and it looks like a female chest which makes me quite uncomfortable in many situations

Hello.... Definitely u can go for surgery for treatment of the gynecomastia. It'll be done only after ruling out other probable causes of such condition. The surgery is a simple one and gives the best result. U can contact any of the plastic surgeons nearby or me at Bangalore.
