Morphology 25% is not a big issue. Motility 30 %, is it both rapid motile and sluggish? Or just rapid motile? It is important to know which motility are you referring to. If rapid motility is less than 25 % you need to take combination meds ( and not only co q enzyme) which will enhance motility as count is in normal range. Also keep regular intercourse, 3 times a week, keeps the good fast motility count high. Also upt work environment history is important here, is it in a factory setting? Increased temperature? Paint factory? Too much driving? Or comfortable office environment? No smoking, no alcohol, no hot baths, no steam no sauna. Exercise 20-30 minutes every day, it helps to improve sperm motility (there are clinical studies suggesting the same.) To improve your chances of pregnancy, your wife can use ovulation predictor kit test so that you can have intercourse around her most fertile period.
Next Steps
Online consultation for use of Ovulation predictor kit test and Ovulation calendar. Change of meds to combination for husband.
