I am a very low confident person, I forget things very quickly I have mood swings very often and kind of self-centered person I like to gain people attention there was a time when I used to do things to seek other's attention. I do very silly mistakes in my work suppose if I am sending an email to someone I'll forget to add the attachment to it. All of sudden I'll start feeling low or sad without any reason or sometimes I'll feel happy and enthusiastic, my mind is occupied with thoughts always.

Dear friend, Your symptoms clearly indicate today's adolescent problems. Following Simple life style changes can improve your condition. 1. Avoid Non veg / junk foods/ aerated drinks 2. Increase the intake of water 3 to 4 lit daily 3. Take 1 pomegranate daily in breakfast Best wishes
