I was suffering from fever and later I took tablet which reacted in marks on legs and hands and face and I am also suffering from lichen

This history is very confusing. You may be having a viral rash. Lichen planus cannot cause this. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment.
